Where am I already?

Friends in Portland are asking me for an ETA and I'm hiding from the
rain inside Neil's Java Jungle in what seems to be downtown Newberg.

Unless it starts snowing, I'm gonna hit the road as soon as I wolf
down this breakfast croissant.
